The 9/11 StarWars ExoW CoverUp: Why NASA and NGA was part of the Perp System
by ewing2001

In 2004 i almost already laid it all out.
9/11 was part of a bigger business picture to help increasing a exponential budget
for a LosAlamos/NASA/NGA(NIMA) project, linking an International Mapping-, Zoning-
and Imaging Surveillance Project together.

New Codes had to be written(see also JMMTIDS below!), not only for a "StarWars"-project, but also for 'Earth Wars' which included an endless list of profiteers in the Surveillance Industry.
Start with NASA and Google Earth (NSA/In-Q-Tel) and you always end up at U.S. Miltary Intelligence,
Los Alamos and the most important U.S. Intelligence Companies NGA (formerly known as NIMA)
plus the NRO.

...Transmitting enough data through a communications line to produce 3D images, or just satisfy Internet access for everyone, is one of the challenges facing modern communications. Traditional silica-based optical fibers can't quite haul the load, but exotic heavy-metal glass fibers called ZBLAN, manufactured in the microgravity of space, hold tremendous promise. For superfast computing when the data arrive, nonlinear optics may hold the answer....

Michael Booen, VP, Raytheon, on directed energy weapons

Michael Booen is Vice President of Raytheon's new Directed Energy Weapons (DEW) product line.
This line includes high-energy laser (HEL) and high-power microwave (HPM) weapons.

Q. What is the goal of the directed energy weapons product line?
A. Raytheon's goal is to develop, produce and field leap-ahead directed energy weapons, enabling war fighters to put energy on target at the speed of light. Taking directed energy technology to a weapon system implies transitioning this technology from the laboratory to a production weapon system...

...
Q. Where might DEWs be deployed?
A. DEW systems will proliferate across all spectrums of military utility. High-energy lasers are today being put on a Boeing 747 wide body called the Airborne Laser weapon system, which is designed to shoot down enemy Scud missiles in their boost phase of flight.

...
Q. When might DEWs be deployed?
A. Some of our High Power Microwave systems are on the verge of use today. And while chemical laser systems like the Airborne Laser will be deployed in the next few years, you will see solid-state electric lasers by the end of the decade....

Abstract
The rapid and inevitable commercialization and exploitation of space, which is now gaining increased momentum as the Space Shuttle program settles into a regular monthly schedule, is inescapably increasing our dependence on space-based systems of all kinds. These systems have become vital national interests, the defense of which must be considered whenever realistic war-time scenarios are developed....

Charles Falkenberg holds a B.S. and an M.S. degree in computer science from the University of Maryland and has been developing software systems since 1980. He has developed scientific data delivery systems for oceanographers, ecosystem scientists and space scientists for the last 6 years and is currently is working with the University of New Hampshire (UNH) as part of NASA's Earth Science Information Partnerships (ESIP). He previously worked in Alaska on a data delivery system for ecosystem researchers evaluating the long term impacts of the Exxon Valdez oil spill.

One of the goals of the NASA ESIP program is to search and subset science data by geographic region. The UNH ESIP has therefore made a gazetteer central to the operation of the tool it is building to support terrestrial ecosystem research (WEBSTER). This web-based data retrieval tool will support standard gazetteer regions, specialized regions of interest to the user community, and regions that have been submitted by individual researchers as part of a single research effort.

...Anzus Inc. (now Rockwell Collins) *IS* a NASA front.

Their highly significant navigation system (JMMTIDS)
was developed with the help of NASA?s Jet Propulsion Laboratory.

I had this almost laid out in 2004, when Ruppert diverted with his
own hangout spin on the "wargames" though i pointed out that the pre-9/11 terror drills
had a much more important connection to the plannings.

He sabotaged my research by watering it down and plagiarized it into some crap.

ANZUS was most obviously the technical key No.1, especially since so close
to NGA/NIMA as well.
Thats a huge impact into the Satellite Surveillance, mapping and zoning industry. A fat
budgdet was needed and they received it after sep11th.
See also Project Trailblazer/StarWars/exoW navigations etc...

Think also NASA/Google/INQTel connection.
This is a huge $$$ market.

I can also imagine a hidden connection between the post 9/11 TV Fakery plannings
and the synchronization with military aircraft incl. those US Choppers around the Twin
Towers turning foe objects into "friends" ;

...One of the private military contractors that might have been involved in a
secret terror drill on the morning of September 11 was ANZUS, Inc., headquartered in San
Diego.
ANZUS, Inc. had already demonstrated during the June 2001 exercise
"Amalgam Virgo 01" an important interface, the "Rosetta LINK-16/Link-11 gateway"
functionality.

(Highlight to enlarge)

Tracks and data were forwarded between both links in both directions in
real-time.
According to their own summary, this demonstration served as the pre-certification
contractor test which was scheduled for October 2001 at JITC.

Maybe the test was already held in September?

Col. Alan Scott, who participated in Amalgam Virgo 01, confirmed to the 9/11 panel, that
this exercise also included "MQM 107 drones".
The terror drill wasn't mentioned in the final 9/11 report.

Rosetta Stone

One of the computer programs, Anzus used was "Rosetta SGT", a Simulation Generation
Toolset (SGT), which is a high-resolution datalink scenario generator and works with
modified messages "on-the-fly".
Anzus named the software after the famous Rosetta Stone, discovered in 1799 by Napoleon's
armies in a small village in Egypt on the western delta of the Nile river.
This stone had three different texts scrawled across it.

Anzus also converted imagery and mapping products of NIMA, the satellite intelligence
agency, which was later renamed into NGA....

DIGITAL FOUNTAIN PRESS RELEASE
ANZUS Uses Digital Fountain Technology To Ensure Rosetta Reliability

FREMONT, Calif.--April 12, 2005--Digital Fountain, Inc., a supplier of patented reliable
communications technology, and ANZUS, Inc., a provider of real-time high-speed
information processing products and services for the Department of Defense (DoD), today
announced the use by ANZUS of Digital Fountain technology to support the mission-critical
delivery of near-real-time targeting data over loss-prone data networks.

ANZUS has licensed Digital Fountain's latest generation of DF Raptor? coding technology
-- the most advanced Forward Error Correction (FEC) technology available today from any
source. ANZUS will use Digital Fountain's advanced coding technology as part of its core
Rosetta Technology® for real-time track data delivery. Over time, the companies expect
that DF Raptor technology will be incorporated broadly into the ANZUS product line for a
variety of DoD-related programs. Applications include the use of Rosetta Technology with
Digital Fountain capabilities within the Lincoln Carrier Battle Group and the Tactical
Air Control Party Modernization (TACP-M) program.

Charlie Oppenheimer, President and CEO of Digital Fountain commented, "We are pleased to
see ANZUS employ Digital Fountain's technology as a key element of its offerings to the
US government."

"As the DoD invests in its Global Information Grid efforts, we find DF Raptor FEC to be a
valuable complementary technology that allows us to take better advantage of the wide and
disparate range of available communications resources," said Phil Yanni, President and
Chief Technology Officer of ANZUS. "At the far reaches of the tactical chain, UHF SATCOM
connections are still common, requiring an advanced data protection technology like DF
Raptor FEC to ensure reliable reception of mission-critical data."

Rosetta Technology

The ANZUS core product, Rosetta Technology, is a network-centric service for command and
control in the 21st century. Rosetta supports the high-speed processing, translation, and
forwarding of real-time navigation, datalink, sensor, and other data. ANZUS Rosetta
Technology, including the Rosetta Gateway Server and Joint Moving Map Tactical
Information Display System (JMMTIDS), sets the standard for military real-time data
exchange, forwarding, display, and situational awareness. To further reduce the
warfighter's decision time and create an actionable track, ANZUS has developed STONE, a
set of new algorithms that simultaneously correlate, fuse, and create a target
identification from disparate data. The Office of the Secretary of Defense is
demonstrating STONE as an enabling technology for integration of a variety of sensor
types.

DF Raptor FEC Technology

Digital Fountain's DF Raptor technology is a patented set of FEC codes created by the
company's world-renowned scientists, Michael Luby and Amin Shokrollahi. Focused on
correcting erasures (lost data) as opposed to errors (incorrect data), DF Raptor FEC is
distinct and different than conventional FEC technologies. For example, DF Raptor codes
are "rateless" in the sense that a practically limitless amount of encoded data can be
generated from any given block of source data, thereby permitting DF Raptor codes to
readily support extremes of low or high network loss. Moreover, unlike conventional codes
where the encoding and/or decoding calculations increase at an accelerating rate as the
size of the source data increases, the calculation requirements for DF Raptor codes
increase only linearly with the amount of source data. As a result, DF Raptor technology
is well-suited for use in software applications, even those hosted by low-power embedded
processors.

Correction on the Baker Confusion

I have to correct something:

There is only one William O Baker, which is here below:

*He* founded the NRO, was honored in 2000,
but then died in 2005....

There is only one William L Baker
and he is with deps, still until 2009.

http://www.deps.org/DEPSpages/DEPSteam.html
Dr. William Baker
most obviously same person as William L (but not the O-guy)

Photos below:

Both Bakers are politically connected via dirEN business (satellites, dirEN tech etc..) but not via direct family,
as far as we could establish right now.

"...The Founders of National Reconnaissance are:
William O. Baker, Ph.D..."

William O Baker has only one son, as Gritzle70 correctly found out, and we have a photo of him *here*:
http://www.williamobaker.org/

Facts about his family describing him as having only one son:

Father: Harold May Baker – 1870-1954
Mother: Helen Stokes – 1881-1945
William Oliver Baker – b: July 15,1915 d: October 31, 2005
Wife: Frances Burrill – 1917-1999
Son: Joseph Burrill Baker – b. 1947

same William (O) Baker

http://www.nro.gov/PressReleases/prs_rel40.html
same William O Baker, described as:
one of the "founders of National Reconnaissance"

"...physical chemist and signals intelligence expert at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Dr. William
Baker served as scientific counselor
to the NSA, CIA, USN, and NRO on overhead
reconnaissance systems.
He also served on the President's Science Advisory Committee and the President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory Board..."

On another matter Gritzle will compile at 911movement.com
more interesting facts to yet another significant DirEN company, called IPG Photonics, which is somehow linked to Joseph Burrill Baker (t.b.e.)

Dr. William L. Baker

Dr. William L. Baker, a member of the scientific and
professional cadre of senior executives, is Chief
Scientist, Directed Energy Directorate
, Air Force
Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, NM. With
an annual budget of more than $300 million, the
directorate is responsible for all Air Force research
and development of laser and high-power microwave
technologies. The directorate conducts advanced
technology research to support major programs, such as
the airborne laser.

William Liver Baker: (same person as above)
http://www.af.mil/bios/bio.asp?bioID=4591

James Gilbert Baker ? his father? (He has three sons
all of whom pursued careers in the technical fields
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/James_Gilbert_Baker
November 11, 1914?June 29, 2005) was an American
astronomer and optician.

He was born in Louisville, Kentucky to Jesse B. Baker
and Hattie M. Stallard, the fourth child of that
couple. He attended Louisville duPont Manual High
School then majored in mathematics at the University
of Louisville. During his time at the university he
became interested in astronomy and grinding his own
telescope mirrors. In 1931 he helped to form the
Louisville Astronomical Society. He graduated with a
B.A. in 1935.

Pursuing his interest in astronomy, he studied at the
Harvard College Observatory. He earned his M.A. in
1936, gained an appointment as a Junior Fellow of the
Harvard Society from 1937 until 1943. It was in 1940
that he developed the Baker-Schmidt telescope, a
modification of the Sschmidt camera. In 1942 he was
awarded his Ph.D. in astronomy and astrophysics from
Harvard University.

After the start of World War II, he was recruited to
be a civilian optical designer for the Army's newly
formed aerial reconnaissance branch under Colonel
George W. Goddard. He would design wide-angle camera
systems and test them in unpressurized compartments
during test flights. He also became a consultant for
the Perkin Elmer Corporation. Following the war he
then became an advisor for the Air Force Photographic
Laboratory.

Living in Cambridge, Massachusetts, from 1946 until
1949 he was an associate professor at Harvard
University, as well as continuing his research into
optics he had pursued during the war. In 1948 he moved
to Orinda, California to join the Lick Observatory as
a research associate. He returned to Harvard in 1950.
Prior to the launch of the Sputnik I spacecraft, Baker
collaborated with Joseph Nunn to build a series of 12
satellite tracking cameras that would be called the
Baker-Nunn camera. Dr. Baker designed the optical
system for the cameras, which were fabricated by
Perkin-Elmer Corporation.

He and Edwin Land were instrumental in persuading
President Dwight Eisenhower to have the U-2 spy plane
built. Baker also designed the lenses and most of the
cameras used on the U-2 spy plane and later the SR-71
Blackbird. In addition, he designed the lenses and
cameras used in the Samos satellite program, and a
modified version of these optics were later used in
the lunar mapping programs.

During the 1960s he designed the folding optics for
the Polaroid SX-70 Land Camera. He also designed the
Baker Super-Schmidt camera which was used to track
meteors. In 1960 he became president of the Optical
Society of America.

Baker was the author of many technical papers and he
held more than 50 U.S. patents. He was the first
person to use a computer for the design of optics.
He died in Bedford, New Hampshire at the age of 90,
and was survived by his wife Elizabeth, and his three
sons, a daughter, and five grandchildren. (His
children have also pursued technical careers.) He
still had numerous telescope glass grinding and
polishing projects at work up until his passing.

So let?s follow the William O. Baker line.

William O. Baker: (An uncle?)
http://www.williamobaker.org/

Dr. Baker was a true ?diplomat of science? ? a
?science patriot? ? because of his significant
contributions to the Nation; and a ?science humanist?
because of his advocacy of the use of science for the
benefit of humanity. He was a trusted personal advisor
on matters dealing with science and technology and
national security to Presidents Eisenhower, Kennedy,
Johnson, Nixon, and Ford.

William Oliver Baker, born in Quaker Neck, Maryland on
July 15, 1915, was the vice president for research at
Bell Telephone Laboratories during its golden period
from 1955 to 1973, retiring as Chairman in 1980.
During his leadership, the foundations of today?s
digital era were initiated by researchers at Bell
Labs. Dr. Baker came to Bell Labs in 1939, having just
earned his doctorate in chemistry from Princeton
University that year.

Dr. Baker was awarded both the Presidential National
Medal of Science and the National Security Award. He
received 27 honorary doctorates in recognition of his
varied accomplishments.

Dr. Baker died on October 31, 2005 after many years of
slowly declining health. He was active mentally and
deeply concerned about his beloved Bell Labs and his
many other interests till his very last days

Beneficial Corp. In Reorganization:
http://query.nytimes.com/gst/fullpage.html?res=9D04E0DD1F39F937A25752C1A...

The Beneficial Corporation has announced a sweeping
reorganization that will consolidate all deposit and
consumer services to prepare for interstate banking.
Finn M.W. Caspersen, Beneficial's chairman, said the
changes were part of ''the building up of a banking
system'' with a national approach, but he did not
elaborate.

About $2.2 billion of Beneficial's $8 billion assets
are in banking. Mr. Caspersen said the reorganization
had also been caused in part by a change in the
character of the company's portfolio of loans. The
company is ''switching dramatically'' to
second-mortgage consumer loans, which is a
''higher-quality,'' lower profit margin business, Mr.
Caspersen said.

The Market for Land & Sea-Based EO Systems

http://www.defenseindustrydaily.com/americas_usa/index.php?offset=720
August 10, 2005

"..“The Market for Land & Sea-Based EO Systems” estimates that some 363,779 systems will be produced through 2014...

...work is also under way on a number of EO research and development programs that will likely be the leaping off point for a whole new generation of systems.

This is most apparent in the development of a wide array of directed energy (DE) systems and capabilities. “Although vastly expensive DE programs like the Mobile Tactical High Energy Laser (MTHEL) system have been hampered by deep funding cuts, more practical, relatively less expensive DE systems are making steady advances toward possible production,..”

History of the SBL Program
"...Throughout the 1980s the SBL testing and development were conducted under the auspices of the Strategic Defense Initiative...

...A half-scale SBL demonstrator, known as Star Lite, was planned to fly as early as 2005. The demonstration test would cost around $1.5 billion.10 The Star Lite program was born out of the Strategic Defense Initiative's Zenith Star program.

...Prior to Zenith Star's demise in 1993, due to funding and technical problems, it was going to be a 45,000 kg spacecraft with a primary mirror 8 meters in diameter. The program was restarted in 1995 due to breakthroughs in high-reflectivity coatings and adaptive, uncooled glass optics. In March 1997, TRW and Lockheed Martin completed the first integrated ground test with a 0.5 second long firing of the laser...

...In March 1998, Boeing and TRW, together known as "Team SBL" (Table 2), were awarded a six-month contract worth $10 million to define the concepts for a Space-Based Laser Readiness Demonstrator (SBLRD)...
