  • Great book, but illustrations are missing!

    The book is great! However I find it frustrating that none of the illustrations or pictures have made it to the ebook. When the author writes about a survey you can see below that hasn’t been included you spend time looking for it in the footnotes and the back of the book only to find it isn’t there.
